Users are responsible for:

7. Certificates

Certificates remain subject to verification through the platform.
8. Certificate Validity

Users and employers remain responsible for ensuring training remains current and appropriate for their role and organisation.
9. Acceptable Use

- Copy, reproduce or redistribute course content
- Upload malicious software
- Interfere with platform security
- Use the platform for unlawful purposes
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of access.

- Graphics
- Branding
- Certificates
- Assessments
- Software
remains the property of First Care Global or its licensors.
No content may be copied or redistributed without written permission.
11. Platform Availability

However, SkillCare Pro does not guarantee uninterrupted access and may temporarily suspend services for maintenance, upgrades or security reasons.
12. Limitation of Liability
